How Your Purchase and the Oracle Exam Are Paired

If You Bought the Wrong Oracle Exam
If the exam you paid for was a genuine mistake — the wrong exam code, or a duplicate of one you already hold — that is a matter for support rather than a setting you can change yourself. What the platform will not do is promise an automatic transfer or a free switch between exams, because no such mechanism exists to promise; anything to be done about a mistaken order is handled case by case by the people who can see it.
