I Forgot My Password — What Should I Do?

If your DBExam password has slipped, the login page can put it right without anyone’s help. It carries a reset option — at /user/password — that sends a link to the email your account runs on; open the link, set a new password, and you are back to your Oracle certification practice. It hinges on the email address alone, so you are not asked to recall any security answers, to ring a helpline, or to raise a support ticket for an ordinary forgotten password.

That email is the one thread the reset hangs on, so the rest comes down to how to run it and what to do in the single case where the email itself is the problem.

Getting Back Into Your Oracle Practice Account

Start at the login page and choose the reset link at /user/password, then enter the email address you registered with. DBExam sends a reset link to that inbox; follow it, choose a new password, and sign in again — the reset touches nothing else, so your saved attempts and any Premium access are exactly where you left them. If the message does not appear within a few minutes, the likeliest reasons are a spam or junk folder catching it, or the address being mistyped on the form, so it is worth checking both before requesting another. Because the exchange runs entirely between you and your own inbox, the only thing to wait for is the message itself.

If You Can No Longer Open the Registered Email

The reset only works while you can still reach the inbox it is sent to, so the one situation it cannot resolve on its own is losing the registered email entirely — a work address you have left behind, or an inbox you can no longer sign in to. That is when to email support@dbexam.com, giving whatever account details you still can, so the team can work out the right way forward. It is the single exception; every other forgotten password is settled by the reset link and never needs a person on the other end.

So a forgotten password is rarely more than a two-minute detour: request the reset at /user/password, follow the link that reaches your inbox, and choose something new. Only a registered email you can no longer open turns it into a support matter — then support@dbexam.com is the way through, and in every other case the reset link settles it alone.
