You can complete your order using any Bitcoin wallet or exchange that supports sending BTC.

If you already have Bitcoin in your wallet, you can skip Step 1 and Step 2 and directly proceed to Step 3: Send Bitcoin to Our Payment Address.

Coinbase | Binance | Kraken | Trust Wallet | MetaMask | Invity.io

(You may use any other wallet or exchange you trust.)

Step 1: Open Your Wallet or Exchange

  • Launch your preferred crypto wallet or trading platform.
  • Go to the “Buy” or “Buy Crypto” section.
  • Select Bitcoin (BTC) as the cryptocurrency.

Step 2: Buy Bitcoin (Skip if you already have BTC)

  • Purchase enough Bitcoin (BTC) to cover the total order amount (shown on your checkout page) plus a small extra to cover any network or transaction fees.
  • You can check the latest BTC conversion rate using CoinGecko, Binance Convert, Kraken Live Price Or simply search “BTC to USD” on Google.
  • Choose your payment method — Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
  • Review and confirm your purchase on your wallet or exchange platform.
  • Wait until your Bitcoin purchase is complete and visible in your wallet balance.

Step 3: Send Bitcoin to Our Payment Address

  • Once you have Bitcoin in your wallet, send the BTC equivalent of your total order value (based on the current market rate) to one of the following wallet addresses:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once sent.
  • Include any applicable network fees so we receive the full equivalent of your order value.

Step 4: Share Payment Details for Verification

  • After completing your Bitcoin transfer, please email your payment details to support@dbexam.com with the following information:
    1. Your DBExam Registered Username or Email
    2. Exam Full Name / Exam Code
    3. BTC Transaction ID (or Hash)
      (If unavailable, attach a clear screenshot of the transaction.)
    4. BTC Transaction Date and Time

Step 5: Payment Confirmation

  • Our team will verify your transaction on the blockchain.
  • After successful verification, you’ll receive an official payment confirmation email from DBExam Support.
